Summary
Wesker loves turning such a bright young mind into putty for him to mold. The psychological aspect of these dynamics is by far his favorite part. Physical domination is easy—be bigger and stronger and you can physically dominate anyone. But to mentally dominate someone, have them begging to be controlled, that took talent and care.
Getting to be Wesker's mindless pet for a while because being an academic weapon all the time is hard! Sometimes you just need to be stupid for a while and that's okay.

Captain Wesker expected discipline, tactical reports and obedience from his team. What he didn't expect was a subordinate with an irritating knack for pushing his buttons and a completely unfiltered mouth.
He asked you a perfectly reasonable question. You gave him a perfectly unreasonable answer.
“Are you planning on completing those incident reports tonight?” Wesker asked, sliding another stack of paperwork across your desk. “Or am I going to have to remind you that they were due yesterday?”
“Or,” you said, eyeing the stack with a smirk. “We could just forget the paperwork and I could sit on your face instead.”
For perhaps the first time in his life, Albert Wesker was speechless.

Summary
Although wary of the man at first, you'd grown to look forward to Doctor Birkin's weekly after-work visits. He made no mention of the 'dynamic' between yourself and his colleague; if anything he seemed to have an intimate understanding of the type of relationship you shared, to the point of treating you like a pet just as much as Wesker did. You determined you either weren't the first of Wesker's playthings he'd introduced him to, or it'd been explained before you met and he decided to play along. For the most part he ignored your presence, but he always made a point to greet you with a scritch under the chin after Wesker mentioned how it made you wiggle your hips.
"Just like a real puppy, huh?" Birkin mused the first time he witnessed it, tired eyes raking over you as you leaned into his touch. There was a hint of hunger in his soft voice that gave you the inkling maybe he wasn't just playing along.
Or: Wesker shows off puppy!reader's "tricks" he's been training you to Birkin. Kinda softDom!Birkin. I just wanted to write about double penetration, sue me. Also mild dubcon because it isn't technically stated there's safewords but just assume that was negotiated off camera.

Her breaths still came out ragged, her eyes not knowing where to look. Everywhere her gaze landed on only furthered her panic—the passing clouds high up in the sky, the floor of the helicopter, the man next to her, or the man sitting in front. She’d closed her eyes, but she kept seeing horrors behind them, the reprieve taken from her each time. The gore, the bloodshed, the violence. The chase.
She was a nobody, but today made her feel differently, and she still could not understand why her out of anyone on the street.

“In training, mistakes are expected, that is why supervision exists.” He looked at the clipboard then back at you. “But some mistakes end training.” He leaned his head down ever so slightly before speaking, “You know what happens now?” You bit down on your bottom lip, not answering immediately. The Major didn’t rush you. After a moment of thinking you shook your head.
“You are removed from live fire activity,” he said. “You will be reassessed before returning to any weapons training.”
“Reassessed, sir?”
“You heard me, you will repeat the fundamentals until you can demonstrate control.”
Somehow that was worse than him yelling or insulting you. With a defeated sigh you finally spoke, “Yes, Major Krauser.” Your gaze had shifted to the injury on your foot. He simply stared at you for a moment before also looking at your injured foot then back at your face, he spoke as he turned to leave, "We wish you a speedy recovery." He said right before finally leaving with the Sergeant following, who shot a warning glare to you. Even though he wished you a speedy recovery, the one of his voice made it sound like he wanted the opposite for you.

He was your former S.T.A.R.S. captain and in your moments of solitude, you recall simpler times before all this, when you used to admire him. Reflecting on the special interest he took in you that you misinterpreted as a boss fighting off feelings for a member of his team.
Now all those feelings are replaced with the will to survive. Forced to comply with his demands to assist with his research, you struggle daily trying to plan an escape, sabotage his work, or find a way to let your fellow BSAA members know your location. You pretend to obey as you work alongside scientists who think you are Wesker's favorite, unaware of the harsh reality that you are just at his mercy. And the more you uncover within the facility, the more complicated it all becomes.

As Chris slowly approached, forgetting completely to feign any coquettishness, or even to take another drag, as the foul smell became so strong it caused a headache, he saw. The would be client, with his guts spilling out from a gigantic crater on his torso, black goo oozing out of it like a fucking century old leaked pipe. Mind blank in shock, Chris ran as fast as he could, as far as he could.
Witness to the grotesque, inexplicable death of a client, Chris Redfield is sucked into a case dealing with a series of bizarre murders that have but 2 things in common: their impossible, almost supernatural, circumstances, and their connection to him. Captain Albert Wesker can't stop himself from having a deep interest in that, nor from driving Chris to the deepest pits of despair — whether he is guilty, or not.
