Honestly what was the demon on about.
Lunch at the Ritz had been lovely. The walk back was lovely. The world seemed brand new – alive with people who had no idea their existences had nearly ended. It was exquisite and it was entirely not enough.
How many hints did he need to drop, exactly? Aziraphale had kissed him first last night. He had told Crowley that he wanted ‘all of him’, that he was breathtaking. He had asked very nicely to be fucked, and Crowley had obliged quite spectacularly. So, what in the name of Creation was Crowley doing?
Crowley and Aziraphale slept together the night of the failed Armageddon. Aziraphale thought that would be the beginning of a different relationship for them. But the next day, everything seems to have gone back to normal, and Aziraphale is not happy about it. The only question is what he’s going to do about it.

“Angel?” Crowley’s voice was soft behind him. Aziraphale hadn’t heard his approach. His hand still rested on the lectern.
“You went back for this.”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
“You know why.”
Crowley stayed silent and still. He didn’t need to say anything now. He had never made a secret of how he felt about Aziraphale, not really. It had always been up to Aziraphale, and Aziraphale was entirely out of time.
It’s the night of the failed Armageddon. Aziraphale goes back to Crowley’s flat and stumbles across the Eagle statue from the 1941 church. Some things have been a very long time coming. Maybe some of them will happen now.

“We haven’t played Truth or Dare,” Aziraphale said with unnecessary dramatic emphasis.
Crowley took a moment to gauge whether or not Aziraphale was serious. It appeared that he was. “Come off it.”
“What’s wrong with Truth or Dare?” Aziraphale asked innocently.
“That’s barely a game.”
“The magazine said it was a good way to ‘introduce novelty and fun, and to initiate conversations that you might not have had otherwise,’” Aziraphale recited.
That’s exactly why it’s a bad idea. Especially this many drinks in.

During lockdown, Crowley and Aziraphale resort to Truth or Dare to alleviate the monotony. The truth may be dangerous but, as it turns out, may very well set them free.

“Angel…” Crowley mewled as Aziraphale's tongue licked around his entrance and soon found itself darting in and out. His hands reached down to clutch the angel's soft hair. “Angel.” Crowley’s moans only fueled Aziraphale's want.
Aziraphale's arms wrapped around Crowley's legs and scooted him closer. Aziraphale wanted, no, needed to devour him. The demon was his, had always been his and the angel wanted him to know it. The purest of sounds escaped Crowley’s lips, his hands tugging and tugging on Aziraphale's hair. “Ah, angel…Aziraphale.” He thrashed as he could feel a fiery pool in the pit of his stomach. Aziraphale did not halt, not even when the demon yelled out his name as he came, something Aziraphale would secretly engrave in his mind.
