Summary
Jessica Jones finally can hang up her cape and crack open a bottle, after the "Defenders" took down the Hand-Foot-Kneecap-Immortal-Vampire-Wizard-Cult (or whatever it's called). Leave the world-saving to the Avengers...she's got a case to crack.
When she finds Matthew Murdock on her doorstep, Jessica wants no part of his mask-wearing, horn-bearing antics. Especially after he pulled the rug out from under her and their ragtag group of heroes and got crushed by a building with his psycho ex-girlfriend (who rose from the fucking dead). Apparently, chivalry isn't dead, and neither is the Daredevil -- who needs her help to acquit an ordinary man caught up in an extraordinary shit-show of super-crime.
With Devil-Boy and Super Joan Jett on the case, things are bound to get messy. Especially when the two can't stop bickering. But as the two work together towards some type of justice, the demons of their past conveniently come to bite them in the ass...and the two discover they just might be more alike than they think.

Arya jumped up onto the brick work, hands scraping at the edge and feet kicking until her sneakers caught on the right part, gripping and giving her leverage. One hard push, and she was able to sit up on the top, sighing as she caught her breath. Peering over the side, she saw that annoying sack of shit waiting there, smiling up at her as he waited. Gendry moved, taking off from the wall to give her a smug grin.
“Fuck you,” Arya sighed, slipping down from the top of the wall, Gendry catching her by the waist so she didn’t have to struggle - just dangling from the edge of the wall like a massive twat.

It happened so quickly Jughead had nearly missed it by blinking. Reggie was splayed out on the ground and glaring while his beanie was being handed back to him by a small girl with shoulder length, raven-dark hair. She had smiled encouragingly at him and adjusted the windbreaker that was tied around her waist. And suddenly Veronica was always there, next to him, standing up for him, bringing extra snacks in her lunchbox because Jughead always seemed to still be hungry after his measly government funded school lunch, demanding that he be ‘it’ for tag when they met at the park. And Jughead didn’t mind.
