Summary
Natasha got a tip a few days ago about children going missing from the slums.
Her contact in the NYPD had reason to believe the disappearances were connected to a new site that's grown in popularity on the dark web, but before the investigation could get any sort of traction, money and politics mucked everything up.
Apparently, none of the people at the top cared about some poor kids going missing, so Natasha decided to take justice into her own hands.

The commander usually wears an impenetrable, ice cold façade that, occasionally, has Natasha musing what an icepick capable of splintering it would look like.
