In darkness two shadowed boys reach towards each other, bonded by their shared experiences. Like always where John and Arthur are concerned, they begin their stories with family and then with each other. The connected memories and feelings are always somewhat indefinable, but they are the only real comforts they can offer.

Summary
Skulduggery Pleasant is a man who enjoys being untouchable by so many people. He is a man composed of wit, charm, and power. Skulduggery Pleasant was, to be frank, somewhat unshakeable. There was very little in this world that could throw off the composure of a 438 year old living skeleton.
Apart from maybe, China Sorrows.
(Set in Mortal Coil era Skulduggery Pleasant, a overly hopeful missing scene of China giving Skulduggery his facade tattoos, and then a re write of the chapter where she fixes them.)

“I want to help rebuild Richmond.” Javier said, Jesus’s advice came back to him. “I don’t want Kate’s sacrifice to go to waste…for everyone we lost to make this place better to be in vain.” Javier met Luke’s eyes once again. “I want to step up. Be a leader. Be there for people.”
“I admire that.” A pale ribbon of smoke rose from the glowing end of Luke’s joint. “But it’ll take time. Your arrival started this whole mess...people will need to forgive you, then learn to trust you. You gotta earn it.”
“Then I will.” Javier resolved.
“I hope you do,” Luke extinguished his finished joint on the armrest of his wheelchair, then wiped the ash off. “I think you might be what Richmond needs, Javi. I’d like to see what you’ve got. The make of your character,” Luke looked over and gave Javier a gentle smile, friendly but inquisitive. “You won’t let me down, will you?”
( A continuation of the "Luke Lives" AU, following post S3. Luke and Javier work to rebuild Richmond and themselves, blossoming a friendship along the way. Which, over time, becomes more. Slowburn romance, there will be character analysis as well. This will also deal with the Virginia War, involving Delta and Chesapeake, stay tuned. )

Once upon a time, John had been small. Living things often are. Small things get fed and get bigger. They grow up. Or sometimes, if you are very unlucky, they don’t.
After a while, Arthur murmurs in the dark, “Ain’t babied you like this since you broke your arm when you was fourteen. You was already too big for it back then too, to be honest. Cain’t say what to do with you now.”
It takes a moment for their body temperatures to match, and Arthur feels John’s voice against his chest when he quietly replies, “I don’t think about it like that.”
[A precanon Morston Oneshot] Arthur questions what his role is where a young John is concerned.

How long had it been since they’d saved Richmond? Since the last time Javier had seen Jesus. It felt like a year, but it was only a couple months, really. Their parting words had been burned into Javier’s mind. Their not so subtle flirting even more rich where it rested in Javier's memory.

Summary
Takes place between the end of the Crooked Man's trial and the epilogue.
Bigby's been through hell and back over the last few days, and with the Crooked Man finally being marched off to face justice, he can't stop it all from catching up to him. Most of the rest of Fabletown is wrapped up in trying to get back on track, maybe even get on to a better track. But as he stumbles on the long walk back to his apartment just after the trial, Bigby finds that there's still someone there to pick him up and drag him the rest of the way.
Snow stops by later. She and Colin have a conversation, one that leaves Snow with even more to think about. But one thing's for certain - she's not about to let Crane's dire predictions come true. She's not going to give up the important things in her life without a fight.
