Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III was a truly extraordinary Viking hero known throughout Vikingdom as "the Dragon Master"…but it wasn't always so.

Back in the days when the mighty warrior was just a boy, the quiet and thoughtful son of the Chief of the Hairy Hooligans had yet to find a dragon to call his own like the rest of the tribe. He starts to give up hope, until a mysterious dragon known as the Night Fury finds his way to Berk and refuses to leave Hiccup’s side.

Toothless is more at home on Berk than anywhere else he’s been. He discovers his heritage as a Night Fury and longs to have a Rider in Hiccup, the young, sought-out chief’s son who at first wants nothing to do with him.

But with the threat of the Outcasts looming on the horizon, and long-hidden truths at last coming to light, can Hiccup and Toothless properly come together in time to save their home?
