    Eve’s new form doesn't seem to follow any strict sense of time. It's like she's floating through water, turning one way while her long, pale hair moves slowly after her. Other times she is like quicksilver, there and gone in an instant, appearing at Gale’s side and then darting off to some other plane.

    Gale tries to touch her arm and passes right through her. She touches the world but doesn’t allow anything to touch her.

    Gale and Evie both ascend to godhood but the memories of their mortal selves linger.

    It was supposed to be my day off, you know, a day to relax, maybe run a campaign with my friends. I've been the Dungeon Master of my friends group for the past three years and I'm not going to lie, I'm getting bored.
