Damian stood stiffly in the too-short skirt, head bowed, lashes shadowing his eyes as if refusing to acknowledge what Jon already couldn’t look away from. His hands were a vice on the hem of his skirt, tugging it lower, as if sheer will might cover more of his bare thighs. His face burned crimson, the flush spilling all the way to the tips of his ears.

Damian’s family is worried about him killing himself after being consistently overly reckless on patrol, so they send him to the Kent farm in Kansas, under the watch of his ex-best friend, so that he can get some time away from vigilante life.

Summary
In a life tainted by magic and evil, Jim makes his way from a young age as the apprentice of a powerful medium and her monster slayer husband (though a lot of his training seems to revolve around fetching rare and expensive liqueur...).
Eventually, the stars begin calling to him, whispering of an unnatural enemy. Something will have to be done about that. Something will also have to be done about the stubborn Vulcan who thinks one shared childhood adventure makes them friends.
Before all that, though, Jim finds a peculiar key.
(This takes place in a universe where Coraline and Beyond Belief happened in the same world, a lot of time passed, and now the events of Star Trek are happening. So not a crossover but like...a blending? An influence? I don't even know.)

Barry took that as his cue to go and start playing host. As he turned the corner towards the door, he was greeted with the somewhat peculiar sight of his wife hugging a young man that he’d never seen before. Or at least, he was pretty sure he’d never seen the guy before. There was something vaguely familiar about him that Barry just couldn’t place.

Barry meets Wally's new boyfriend Dick, and his Titans teammate Nightwing, and somehow misses the fact that they are both Robin, the kid hero who's been Wally's best friend for years.

Charles knows that Erik has always loved him, and intends to use this knowledge + sex to seduce Erik away from his ideals in his youth.
There's no way this well-thought-out, sensible, debugged and 100% bulletproof plan can possibly go wrong.

At first, he just bolted, but it was really hard to run when you couldn't breathe, so he had phased through walls until he found a safe place, curled up in the fetal position, arms protecting his head, and sobbed.

Summary
Losing Damian not only hurt beyond measure but also made Dick the last Bat standing. He had nothing keeping him in a broken world so goes back in time with only one ally (Damian begs to differ) and no plan except to protect everyone he can, at any cost.
Dick starts with making sure Jason never dies at the hands of the Joker and proceeds to track down and love his siblings (while maybe also plotting the destruction of the League of Assassins). He just doesn't realize that a clan of highly trained vigilantes are more than capable of realizing that Dick is not okay, and of returning his devotion with their own.
