Summary
Scott is an adventurer. Or at least, he was one until a cursed skull leaves him with an empty eye socket and a sudden awareness of his own mortality. Now, he’s the leader of Chromia, a place where he feels safe but at the same time, a place where he feels stuck.
But when the Sheriff finally discovers Scott’s illegal market, he offers Scott an opportunity to get the market back - to accompany him on an adventure. Suddenly thrust back into the life he used to know, Scott must finally face memories that he would rather forget and get along with a man whom he would rather avoid. The town is full of good people, and he quickly finds friendship in abundance. Amongst them all though, one stands out. Bdubs is kind and funny and exceptionally talented at a number of things. He's handsome too, and Etho can't help but crush on him, just a little bit.
They get along fantastically right from day one, but Etho keeps his feelings to himself. It's just a crush, it'll go away. And besides, it's not like Bdubs would ever like him back... Right?

Summary
Following the battle to free Xornoth and Scott from the clutches of the prophecy that hung over them, a festival and series of masquerade balls are held as a celebration and encouragement of international cooperation and friendship.
Count Fwhip, nervous to attend the gatherings in Rivendell, finds the courage to attend the masquerades anonymously, hiding his identity from even Gem. Along the way, he meets a mysterious gentleman who wants to court him.
With the courtship well on its way, the festival and masquerades end and identities are revealed, leading to Fwhip getting swept into a deeper and more expansive relationship.

Summary
Two years after the war between Mythland and the Cod Empire ended in a shockingly generous peace treaty, Fwhip feels like he’s still suffering more consequences than anyone else involved in that war. All he did was supply resources to the Grimlands’ centuries-old ally, and even with all the offers of reparations and gifts, it’s still not politically appropriate for him to visit the Cod Empire. Specifically, to visit Jimmy.
But after a very long and laborious effort, Fwhip has organized an official goodwill event: an invitation for a delegation from the Cod Empire to visit the Grimlands for the winter solstice festival. This should give him plenty of opportunities to spend time with Jimmy, right?

Summary
fWhip thought he'd never regret allying himself with his siblings. There was no way they would ever betray him, right? Especially after the stunt Scott pulled. Joining fWhip's alliance and then betraying him to join the Cod alliance just to leave it shortly after and practically isolate himself from everyone. Talk about confusing.
Well. To fWhip's utter shock, they did. Yes, maybe he was getting a bit out of hand with his experimental weapons. But for even Sausage to jump ship? That was low... But not the lowest. The lowest was the fact that fWhip was likely only alive thanks to Scott of all people. The aloof, cold and distant king of ice elves.
So now fWhip was in Rivendell. He had no idea how long he was in Scott's custody. He was passing out a lot lately. For reasons he'd rather not think about that might be connected to his consciousness issue he was tied to a bed too big for a mere prisoner. In a lot of pain for connected reasons. Glaring at Scott as the accursed elf calmly sipped his tea.

The gates were tall, well maintained and vibrantly red with dark tile on their rooves. As he admired the gate he could swear, just for a second, that he saw someone lounging on top of it. Just for a second. A reddish blur of a person that was gone as soon as he blinked. Was the early summer heat already getting to him? Or was it the myths and stories of mythical yokai and about the valley Gem told him on the bus? No matter the reason he ignored it and quickly caught up to Gem. "That's a lot of stairs," he chuckled and just then noticed she was staring at the top of the gate. "Gem?"
"Nothing, I think I saw a bird," he chuckled back. "We should hurry, who knows how much work Joel already has piled up," she added and Jimmy nodded.

"You've got a pretty face but this outfit just ruins it," he sighed staring fWhip and his black, tactical gear down with a disapproving, cold, stare. "I'm sure a guy of your talent can figure it out," he smiled, annoying his half-dragon bodyguard even further.
