Waking up in 2001 before Stanford - before everything, Dean knew what he had to do.
This time, he'd save everyone he'd failed or die trying.
(This time, Sam would have that apple-pie life he had always wanted.)
Or: time travel fix it, where instead of Mary being resurrected at the s11, Dean gets sent back in time to before Sam leaves for Stanford.

Christine and Wong were still his best friends, even if he was an asshole, he had no kids… everything was pretty much perfect.
Then, one surgery went too well, as usual, until it led to an attack that totally wrecked his world. Enter Agent Stark, a bunch of problems, and what seemed like a total disaster that turned out to change Stephen’s life in ways he never saw coming.
