Summary
He didn't know how much time had passed, but his body felt different with every day. Sleep was a luxury and pain was a given in the tunnels. It could have been weeks since he had stopped counting the days and since his fingernails had fallen off like shedded skin. Claws took their place, as well as terror took the place of rationality.
Hoping that one day Orochimaru would get bored of him, that his friends would keep looking for him. But really he knew he was hoping against hope.----
Kakashi is Orochimaru's captive. Slowly the procedures are changing his biology while he fights to stay alive in the snake's hideout.
Meanwhile the village declares him dead and after eight months Yamato, Naruto and Sakura get a lead on Sasuke's location.(now with cover art :)
