Summary
This is a more in-depth exploration of one of the scenes from my fic 'beautiful boy,' but you don't have to read it to understand it.
Jake accuses Lo'ak of stealing one of his guns. This time, it actually isn't him. But that doesn't stop Jake from kicking him out of the marui.
Essentially, this is the last fight Lo'ak ever has with Jake before realising that it's all pointless.

Summary
Kiri and Tsireya never found Lo'ak on that shore, so he has to come to terms with his attempt on his own.
However, after a horrible nightmare, Jake offers to soothe Lo'ak with tsaheylu, something he hasn't done in years. Lo'ak accepts, not thinking about what else his dad might find amongst his swirling, poisoned thoughts.
Or, Lo'ak's struggles with the weight of his grief vs Jake's C- parenting that he might be able to upgrade to a B+ when he realizes how much pain his son is in.

He mourns the feeling until he realizes all he has to do is literally pick up his sons.

Similarly to the “Can’t help falling in Love with you” Jaytiri fic. This one resonated with me. Instead of my mom though, this fic reminded me of my siblings and the shenanigans we get up to. It made me laugh the whole time as they have the same humor as my siblings and me and now it’s kind of bittersweet as I’m writing this because my sisters moving away for collage and that’ll just be one of the people I see daily… Gone… Sorry for the info dump at the end I loved this fic and you should read it if you’re reading this!!!!
