    That should've been the end of the story but, he wakes up and he's not exactly the same.
    The biggest difference-- he can't die.

    Rick blinks up at Negan, bleary-eyed understanding dawning on him when the man crouches in front of him. Fingers grip his chin, smearing the blood there and pushing at his lips to reveal a hint of red stained teeth.

    "It's a damn shame you can't die." Negan whispers, the barest hint of a smile filling Rick's vision. "Cause you're not gonna like what comes next."

    Negan lets him go none too gently, making his teeth click and his head spin. Rick is left with the chill of a slow simmering fear, creeping like ice down his spine as he watches Negan walk away.

    this might be too ooc/too weird for everyone else but oh well

    I see Daryl's daddy issues so often, and with my other little Daryl series a main focus point is his daddy issues, but I don't see much when it comes to his mommy issues and one thing led to another and now we're here.
