Summary
Annette, in her too-loose nightgown, looked as if she would have rather been told that the monastery was on fire than see Sylvain, as well as His Highness, outside of her bedroom door, holding up a drunk Felix between them.
Alternate summary: Sylvain had a plan to survive the anniversary that ruined all of their lives: he’d get his two best friends to go out for a night of drinking! They’d have a few laughs, no one would punch anyone, and then Sylvain would drop them off and go have super hot sex with Dorothea. Except that isn’t what happens. Not by a long shot.
