Summary
"Grian, what are these?"
Weakness, he tries to rasp; it comes out garbled, so he sucks in a long, slow breath and tries again, lungs trembling with the effort. "Weak– weakness."
Scar drops the bottle like it's burned him. "You took three weakness potions?" he chokes out, and that seems to break whatever trance Xisuma, Pearl, and Tango have been in this entire time. They rush forward, eating the distance between them in rapid strides, until they're all crouched around Grian.
Grian shuts his eyes again, before remembering he isn't supposed to do that. He wants to say sorry. What he says instead, is: "It was– safer. Like this. For you."
It amounts to about the same thing.
Or, I finally buckle down and post the rough draft of hunger au, where I give Grian every mental illness known to man and also a few new ones. Please heed the tags.

He knew he couldn't react. They don't know. And hey! Maybe it isn't that bad! Maybe 'suma just wants to educate his server members about the Wa-...about them. There might not be any immediate danger!

“I need everyone to calm down, ok?!” Xisuma raised his voice, while still keeping a friendly tone, trying to calm the crowd of minecrafters down.
“This is a serious matter, but there is no need for fear…yet.” he added the last word so quietly...
“Ok…so I will try to explain this slowly and calmly. I don't want anyone to yell. I know some of you will probably have strong reactions, maybe even be mad at me, but I need to warn you. And I need us all to get together and help save all of our family.”Everything is NOT ok!

OR The fic where Grian is a watcher and NOONE knows. X finds watcher code and everyone panics. Now Grian thinks everyone hates him and that if the truth got out he would be kicked out and loose his entire family. Yay!

Summary
His burns were a mere background idea, as currently he is running for his life. Breaking through a server’s firewalls is no easy feat, and getting through unscathed is unheard of.
Xelqua is no exception, even as a Watcher.
or: Server firewalls are quite literal. Xelqua knows this as a former Watcher but hasn't had firsthand experience with it until now. He's covered in burns. Also, his name isn’t Grian, its Xelqua. Why does this mustached guy they keep calling him that??

Summary
Grian had been running for what felt like hours, gliding through the deep void in an attempt to escape the Watchers.
After finally finding a server to hide in he quickly realises that it was, in fact, not abandoned as he had assumed.When Xisuma went to check the new Hermitcraft Server he saw an intruder hack into it - quite literally.
Though it quickly turns out that the intruder was more a fugitive, running away from the very monsters the admin hated with his entire being.Walking a thin line between truth and lie Grian tries his best to cling to the new safe haven to heal up and hide from his captors, making more connections than he had preferred.
Sadly the Watchers had their own plans with their little disobedient experiment. -

Summary
Grian has been trapped with the Watcher's for years. Time slipping between his fingers as he suffers and changes under the Watchers guiding hand. His escape sends him flying into a seemingly empty server- only to discover not only is it inhabited but it's inhabited by people who understand the Watchers and their awful ways.
Even after barely escaping with his life- Grian must now contend with new server mates, family long thought gone and his own secrets rearing their ugly head.
