“Of course,” Gorgug says. He thinks there is nothing easier to do in the world.
Moving away for a year for work, Ayda leaves Fig with an ultimatum: for Fig to learn be herself in their relationship – to stop pushing her childhood trauma away where she thinks nobody can find it. Ayda loves Fig, but if nothing changes, she sees herself being actually, devastatingly finished with, well, everything.
Fig, terrified and broken hearted, takes this as an opportunity to ruin everything good her life. And like every year since they were fourteen, a secretly smitten Gorgug is left to pick up the pieces.
(A tragedy in three parts; Fig loves Ayda without knowing how, Gorgug loves Fig without reciprocation, and change is inevitable.)

Quirk: Retrograde. Activated by physical contact with the target’s head, the user is able to induce amnesia for a variable length of time. How far back the memory is affected depends on how hard the user focuses. The memories eventually return to the target.
“We’re waiting for the doctor to come back, now,” Bakugo says in a low voice, surprisingly collected given that he was speaking to Deku. Ochako isn’t sure she’s ever seen the two interact so calmly before. “They’re trying to figure out more about whatever quirk she’s been hit with.”
Deku’s eyes light up at the mention of quirk analysis. Apparently his passion for quirks hadn’t changed one bit. “I’d love to stick around and hear about that. Ochako, do you remember anything about the villain who hit you —?”
Ochako fixes him with a blank stare. “The last thing I remember is studying for Present Mic’s English final.”

Mike was soaking wet, he didn't know it was supposed to rain. And he couldn't get a cab and he wasn't walking 18 blocks to his apartment when he could barely see past the sheeting rain. Across the road, he saw an awning that had nearly nobody under it, just one girl who, as he got closer, didn't look particularly inviting. He took his chances and asked if he could hide out under there with her until the rain passed.
At the end of the day, Mike was really glad he asked.

Summary
In retrospect, Clarke thinks she always knew (or at least hoped) that she would get to reconnect with Bellamy Blake one day. It seemed like one of those inevitable things that would just happen when it would, with no need to rush it on her part. She always liked to think, presumptuously enough, that it would be one of those moments where he sees her looking all adult and sophisticated and dignified, and is impressed both by her looks and achievements – and with the amount of crap she had gotten from him back when they were close, she completely deserves that. But she never thought it would happen so soon and without any forewarning.
OR: A Modern AU where Clarke and Bellamy are childhood frenemies that reconnect years later.
