Summary
They find each other in the dark, hurt and already missing pieces of themselves. One holds too tightly, trying to keep everyone standing even as the cracks spread. One steps in instead of holding back, sharp-edged and unwilling to pretend this will end well. One is already slipping, laughing through the wrongness like it might not swallow him whole.
Whatever is happening to the world is taking more than it should, leaving people hollowed out or changed into something unrecognisable.
Some survive by cutting the damage out. They don’t. They stay, messy, stubborn, and refusing to let go of what they are, even as it hurts. Bonds form where they shouldn’t, slow, unsteady, and impossible to ignore, and some hold on tighter than the rest, protective in ways that start to mean more than survival.
What they become because of that choice might be the only thing that saves them.

Summary
Long before the shrines, before the others, before there were eight of them, there was only Chan and Jeongin.
Fourteen and eleven, still in training, they have spent months learning how to fight, follow orders, and stay out of trouble at their outpost under the supervision of their mentor, Sana.
Then the place no one outside JYP should even know exists comes under attack.
What happens there will follow Chan and Jeongin for years, long after the fire is gone, and leave two boys who once refused to let go of each other learning how to survive apart.
This story takes place several years before What Remains: The Shape of Survival. It can be read on its own, but for readers following the main story, it fits best after Chapter 2 or Chapter 8.

Summary
Minho is no longer mad at his stupid friends for making him partner with the stranger. He was already a little less mad once he actually laid eyes on Jisung, considering the fact that he is the most beautiful person on the entire planet, but now that the game is about halfway through, he's also confident he's going to ask Jisung to come back next week.
They haven't missed a question yet. Anytime Minho doesn't know the answer, Jisung does, and vice versa. It's like they're a match made in heaven.

Minho is a third year dance major Uni student and the dance leader in his class. Jisung is your typical smart pretty boy but quiet and reserved second year student.
He develops a crush on Minho and recklessly joins dance class just so he could get close to him but their first meeting turns out very bad because Jisung completely forgot that he couldn’t dance for shit and humiliated himself in front of Minho.
He gives up and leaves it to him being way out of Minho’s league but Ji Su who happens to be Jisung’s sister ends up going out with Minho’s friend Chan who had lied to Ji Su saying Minho and Jisung were dating just to score points with her.
Now Jisung and Minho have to fake a relationship and Jisung agrees because why not? He’s in love with Minho and this is just the perfect opportunity for him.
Everything becomes all tangled and messy after with old exes coming back and sudden breakups. Will Jisung succeed with winning Minho or had he just signed himself up for heartbreak??
