Summary
As a ranger of Gondor, Talion was slaughtered on the Black Gate with everyone he ever loved.
However, Talion did not find peace in death. He was cursed, and resurrected, by a powerful wraith Celebrimbor, who reforged him into an undying spirit of vengeance. With their powers combined they dominated Mordor and forged a new ring to break Sauron himself.
This, however did not come to be. Talion was betrayed by Celebrimbor and Eltariel, refusing to die and instead choosing to become one of the nine, preventing a horrible power from rising with his sacrifice.
After being tortured by the ninth ring, he is finally offered peace of death and given back his feelings that he sacrificed to the shadow wars, including guild. So how was he ever supposed to resist a call for help, even if an unusual one?

With all that mess over, another alien is left without a home. Of course, the Wachowski's want to help, but Shadow's even less socialised than Knuckles - the only friend he ever had died in front of him. Even so, Tom and Maddie are determined to help Shadow, even if he's technically older than they are.

Summary
A series of one shots of Shadow adjusting to living with the Wachowskis. Some will be a bit silly, others will be more serious and sad.
Shadow has to learn how to manage his grief while also getting to experience everything that is supposed to come with being a kid/teenager in an actual loving and supportive home.
He also will slowly have to deal with whatever unspoken feelings keep bubbling up between him and Sonic. Slow burn.
aka this is just an excuse for me to write a bunch of slice of life fluff and hurt/comfort

She slowly walked down the slope of the crater, careful not to wake the creature as she tried to move closer to inspect it for injuries. She was sure there were some, as falling from the sky and burning up in the atmosphere weren’t exactly easy feats to survive unscathed.
Her hand hovered shakily over the creature’s face, fingers inches from its cheek.
A bright red eye stared out at her.

Summary
After the destruction of the Eclipse Cannon and the deaths of Gerald and Ivo Robotnik, Shadow and Stone are left adrift without a purpose.
