Izuku, who is hard of hearing, typically relies on his friends to help him in class by taking notes and lending them to him afterward. This time, he finds himself in a class with no one he knows to assist him, and to make matters worse, the teacher refuses to accommodate his hearing needs.
As if things weren't already difficult enough, Katsuki—infamous for picking fights with anyone—ends up stealing Izuku’s seat. With his anxiety escalating, Izuku struggles to focus, and in his flustered state, he accidentally grabs Katsuki's notes after class instead of his own. Realizing his mistake, Izuku is now in a full panic. He's terrified—because when it comes to Katsuki, nothing good ever comes from making a mistake like this.
