Summary
He had failed. 36 year old Midoriya Izuku stood over the corpse of Shigaraki Tomura. One for All finally beat All for One, but at what cost? Izuku was the last man alive. That's when a miracle happened. The First user of One for All appeared before Izuku, offering him a second chance. Now in the past in his adult body, Midoriya Izuku, now under the name of Gisei Kuro takes up the role as Izuku's mentor and must train him and his peers for the upcoming war, or stop it all together. One thing is for sure, though. His friends will survive, and he'll make sure of it. Even if it was the last thing that he would ever do.

Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.
