“You know, Elphaba,” Glinda starts and there’s a hint of shock that lights up Elphaba’s eyes at the mention of her name, “a phone is a prized possession, but you clearly don’t share the same sentimentation since you just left it behind in a bathroom. I mean, of all places…”
“Yeah, well-” Elphaba begins, face scrunched in frustration, sharp finger pointed viciously at Glinda, before she falters and loses steam, settles for crossing her arm and looking away.
“Maybe, I’m just not as attached to mine as you are.” She says finally, drawing her gaze back suddenly and sharply, and Glinda can’t help the way her eyebrows raise and her eyes widen as Elphaba stares her down.
She doesn’t know how to respond, didn’t expect this fire from this background extra, and so she can only watch as the silence stretches for a moment before Elphaba marches her way up to her, snatches her phone from her freshly-painted nails, then leaves.

Nothing about Elphaba Thropp particularly interested Glinda Upland. At least, not until Glinda discovered Elphaba's secret.

As she returned to their dorm room, Galinda noticed Elphaba’s reaction immediately. Her green-skinned roommate glanced up from her desk, then froze. Her nostrils flared almost imperceptibly, and her fingers twitched against the pages of her book.
“What?” Galinda asked, trying to sound nonchalant as she tossed her bag onto her bed.
Elphaba’s gaze flicked back to her book. “Nothing.”But Galinda had seen it. The subtle shift, the way Elphaba’s expression softened for just a moment before hardening again.
Or: Elphaba’s sense of smell might be keen, but it’s not the only sense Galinda’s hoping she’ll put to good use.

Glinda’s surprised at her honesty, nodding her head as she pressed her chest against the other girl’s, her own eyes flicking down to her lips, “Well if you’re really curious, I retaliated because Pfannee and ShenShen said you liked me. Now I ask you, do you?”
Of course they would plant that idea in her head. It was a very wrong idea, at least at the time. But now, maybe they had a point.
“I didn’t like you then,” she admits, finally letting go of the book and the towel as bravery courses through her, ignoring the way it thumps and splays out on the carpeted floor. Her hand was now on the shorter girl’s waist, pulling her impossibly close, “Now I’m holding everything back to not kiss you.”

“Shhh. It’s me, it’s… it’s Glinda.” She’s suddenly not sure that’s going to be at all reassuring to Elphaba. “You’re safe. You’re safe, okay? Just sleep. I promise I won’t—” Won’t what? Tell anyone she’s here? Arrest her herself? Hurt her? Take her broom away? Imprison her? Everything that could finish that sentence feels to Glinda like she’s only reminding Elphaba what she could do. “I promise you’re safe.”
Elphaba crashes onto Glinda’s balcony, and Glinda has to hide Elphaba from the world while she recovers.

Summary
When vlogger @EnidSinFlair moved into a fixer-upper #ForTheViews, she expected to put up boutique wallpaper, get the best night of sleep ever with a mattress brand deal, and hopefully be sponsored by those Velcro, interchangeable rugs. Enid never anticipated needing to learn how to do demolition for mold removal, fix electrical, and especially – deal with the critters that come with owning a house that is more than one hundred years old. Unable to take it, she reaches out to a cryptic ad for pest removal that brings an even more mysterious young woman into her life.
Wednesday arrives at the house and discovers the mess that Enid has is far beyond the scope of the influencer’s abilities, she decides to offer assistance with her myriad of skills (mostly just so she doesn’t kill herself on camera trying to install a lighting fixture). She soon learns that Enid isn't the girl she claims to be on camera, but Wednesday's got plenty of secrets of her own that need to be revealed.
An unexpected partnership turns into so much more in an AU, multi-chapter adventure.

“To give you hell, Miss. Addams.” and with that both girls looked towards the door and spotted the very alive and very smug, Principal of Nevermore and Enids found mother, Larissa Weems “Now, would you please take that squirrel and put it in the shack? It’s there for a reason, so use it for that reason and Miss. Sinclair, don’t look so smug. You are in trouble as well, young lady.”
