Summary
The man underneath him is one of those lazily charming guys who can get you to abandon common sense in favor of a quick hook-up with no strings attached. His smile is full of red flags, the kind you purposely search for when you’re having a bad day and you need something to take the edge off. Normally, Zanka’s too proper to give in to this kind of poison, but a botched mission has him chasing something, anything, to take his mind off of it.
[Or, the one where Jabber and Zanka have a one-night stand, unaware that they work for two different organizations that despise each other. Oops.]

Being an EMT(And doing more roles than it requires) is stressful, Zanka knew that when he went into the medical field- But it’s not as stressful as staying in the family business. At least here he feels like he’s doing something good, helping people, that's all he’s ever wanted to do. The issue? He’s struggling to help himself. It was Enjin’s idea for him to start taking medication to help his mind do more than stutter when stressed but now he’s debating returning to being unmedicated. He’s not sure how much longer he can deal with the man behind the counter taunting him, or maybe teasing is a better word…

Summary
Flambae is almost asleep when he feels a pair of hands sliding up his thighs. He snaps his eyes open and looks down — and there’s Robert. His hair is messy, his face hidden in the dark shadows of the room. Flambae has no idea if this is a sleep-deprivation hallucination or alcohol still in his system, but the way Robert touches him feels real. Too real.
After a night of getting dragged into a bar fight at The Sardines and eating tacos from a questionable late-night joint with the Z-Team, Flambae gets home and starts questioning his feelings about Robert… until things heat up.

How Flambae found out that Robert is MechaMan, and how things between them shifted after that into something even more complicated… and way more tense.

Summary
Warmth enveloped his senses. Heat rather, all encompassing, surrounding every numbing nerve. What was left of them at least. Unfortunately this comforting suffocation left him almost as fast as it came.
At least that is how it felt; time blurring together in this never ending void. He didn’t mean for it to fall this far. There was no light, no ladder, and no helping hand to pull him out. Not that Robert minded too much; he was awfully tired.
Years of dedication and blood- all pushing towards one goal. Sleepless nights, body aches, head trauma and all the lovely things that follow with that. He didn’t know if he could consider himself proud; did he do it for himself or for approval from a dead man. These kinds of thoughts are what brought him to this moment, feeling death’s arms cradle his aching muscles. The feeling of his stomach dropping with some sick instinctual fear, his body knowing this might be it. He was nothing but an animal, pushing forward on a predator drive till his legs couldn’t carry his weight.Bookmarked by Local_tesla
