Summary
After years of fruitless searching, the Decepticons have finally found the Ark in deep, uncharted space. However, upon boarding, they find not the Allspark, but an empty, desolate ship bereft of a crew. Further investigation deeper into the ship reveals vague, horrifying clues that point to the Autobots having fallen to some terrible fate, and a malicious presence that seems to follow their every move. And things only get worse after they discover a mysterious, alien block within the Ark.

Summary
Megatron first learned to use fear and deception long ago in energon-soaked arenas, to deceive blood-thirsty audiences, and give those damned to execution in the fighting pits a secret way out.
Only after the smoke cleared from the Uprising had he planned to stop playing the monster, when the truth would no longer jeopardize those he'd spared.
It's just too bad that after the Uprising, an ill-timed cannon shot, and a desperate attempt to take it back, Optimus can barely trust him enough for a truce when the Quintessons invade. Megatron is convinced that the truth would only look to Optimus like a cruel manipulation.
Meanwhile, the Autobots are keeping their own secret. Because nobody likes the math in Allspark + Sparkeater.
3/19/26: This is more like a collection of deleted scenes now. I've taken a running re-start. Might still update this with scenes that don't fit the new version, if I like them enough.
