Non-canon compliment fic based off of atyd, so it contains parallels to MKB89's fic as well as some original characters from that same work. Events from Harry's life still somewhat take place towards the end, but with a few adjustments and some major changes (as in people don't die) AKA THIS IS AN ALL THE YOUNG DUDES FIX IT FIC from october 1981 = everybody lives <3

Remus has been avoiding Sirius subtly the past couple months. However, with the full moon approaching, Sirius seems more determined than ever to stick right by his side and hover. When Remus is looking for his jumper one day, Sirius shows up in said jumper. Remus's brain short circuits at the sight of the pale shoulder that's exposed with how the fabric hangs slightly off of it.

Summary
The first two nights, Harry sleeps like the dead— or, well, maybe that's not the best comparison, given the number of inferi attacks reported lately.
He sleeps like a log. Like a dead log. An un-re-animated dead log. From an everyday, inanimate, non-whomping tree.
After that, Harry wakes up screaming more nights than not, and he even cries on the bad ones, which makes James cry too. In this regard, James reckons that his first week of parenting a full-grown teenage adult bears an awful lot of resemblance to parenting a newborn baby. He feels both blessed and terrifyingly out of his depth.

There will be the events involving the Marauders and the Skittles (the present interactions between them that occur in "Atyd" and in "Atyd Sirius's perspective" as well as things involving the Black family and Regulus and Sirius) but they will be told from Barty's point of view or by the other Skittles.I hope you'll enjoy this!

During Harry’s third year, and during a random fight with a dark wizard, four young boys show up at the end of their battle. The wizard gets away, and Harry is left with these four boys, who is unaware of where they are. Harry then realizes that they are not just some random boys, no, they are the marauders, which includes Harry’s dead father.
The four boys have no idea how the fuck they got there, but now they are face to face with a young boy who looks very familiar to James and are now wondering what the hell the future is like.
