Summary
A year after Asura has been sealed away, Black Star and Kid find themselves stranded on the mysterious and doomed island of Atlantis, existing outside time and space. While Black Star awakes in a golden village and is hailed as a Hero, Kid awakes underwater in an empty stygian temple.
Atlantis's residents, split into two broad camps, have unique plans to rescue their home and return to the real world. Those who hail Black Star as their Champion speak of so-called 'love, unyielding.' Meanwhile, the lone rebel priest in the lifeless temple demands 'murder, the inevitable' of Kid.
