Summary
The issue is, unbeknownst to the 118ers, is that Scott Malinski suffered from 'foot in mouth' syndrome.
The issue is, Buck was only so comfortable being open about his ooey gooey gushing love because his head was living in a reality where he never saw Eddie in person, in LA, ever again. All of his behavior was predicated on that belief. He'd become fictionalized as a great lost straight best friend love, never to be dealt with, as it was far too late, and cellphones, alas, do not exist. Equal parts tragical and romantical.
The issue is, Eddie Diaz just walked into the firehouse for the first time in three months, eager to surprise Buck and return to normalcy.
The biggest issue is, the first person he runs into is Scott.

Summary
Spring had officially sprung in Los Angeles, and baby fever infects one of LA’s finest, one firefighter Eddie Diaz.
He couldn’t stop thinking about having a kid with Buck if he tried, and maybe the universe doesn’t want him to based on the countless cute babies that keep winding up in his big arms.
Not that he believes in that kinda thing.
But he can’t tell Buck that, he could never ask him to leave work for nearly a year, so soon after he literally lost his mind. So he does the normal thing and keeps it in the same mental lock box he used to keep his feelings for Buck in.
Meanwhile, somethings up with two out of three of Bobby’s kids and he needs to get to the bottom of it.
(AKA the 6A rewrite where Buck is pregnant instead of doing that donor storyline, now fully complete + epilogue)

It was no secret to anyone paying attention how much Chim loved Buck, even if he often pretended to be exasperated with him.
Hen nodded solemnly. “One of the many people who wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I started.”
It was news to Eddie, and apparently Ravi too, but not Cap, who resolutely stared down at the table in front of him, shaking his head.
“Oh, so he fucking sucks.” Ravi contributed casually, never one to pull punches with his thoughts.
No one responded, but the agreement was in the air.

An AU where Joanne's kingdom is taken over by Mark's and they're supposed to get married for his kingdom, but Joanne is a lesbian and doesn't want that to happen, so she... takes matters into her own hands. It's interesting I swear. Oh, and unlike my other fic, this one has paragraphs. My boyfriend taught me, lol. It's set in the late 1800s as well, though LGBTQ+ laws are slightly different. Does involve murder and death, also some implied sex and sex jokes so if any of that makes you uncomfy then maybe don't read. Also there is going to be a lot of babies later. I'm adding my boyfriend as a co-creator because he's helped so much that this is kinda also his fic. thank you Felix ily <3
