Charles looked at Lando for a moment with a puzzled look that Lando couldn't figure out. It was true that none of his relationships had stuck around for more than two months ever since.. Well since two years ago. The fact that he could never tell them his job and often disappeared for months at a time and when he returned with a stab wound one time, didn't help. But he didn't mind, not really. He didn't need a relationship.
After a moment he paused and blurted out
“Oscars alive”
Or;
Oscar Piastri is dead.
Or at least - he was supposed to be dead. He was framed by another secret agent he was working with, and was forced to fake his death and hide for two years.
Lando Norris was that agent. And he's still hung up on Oscar, and he's being forced to hunt him down again.

Oscar had rules and he broke them. He naively thought he would be fine but he paid the price. He learned a very important lesson at Alpine: Don’t trust anyone. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve known them, they will hurt you if they know.
If someone finds out, distance yourself and hide. Don’t trust them; they are lying to you. People only act kind to get closer so they can hurt you. Don’t let anyone find out or it’s over –Everyone would know and no one would help.
