Ruling as a supervillain came with its perks and the Master certainly enjoyed them. He particularly enjoyed the look of pure dread in the eyes of a civilian as the Master drained the life out of their body. Drip, drip. How quaint and hopeless. The Master craved it.

Summary
When Technoblade had originally set off into the night to begin his patrol, he did not expect to find a dying child in an alleyway.
He had been walking down a street in one of the more infested areas of town, stray vampires and the likes lurking around every corner despite his best efforts to dissuade them. Suddenly, his nose was filled with the aroma of fresh blood. Curiosity piqued, the vampire approached the source, the lingering scent of vampire causing his nose to scrunch up. His crimson Victorian era jacket fluttered as he swiftly turned down into the alleyway.
The sight before him was most pitiful indeed. A kid, no more than sixteen, bleeding out in a damp alleyway in the middle of the slums of Manberg. He slowly made his way closer, his red eyes widening as he was hit by the distinct scent of vampire venom. The realization washed over him like a bucket of ice water had been dumped over his head.
This child was slowly and painfully turning into a creature of the night, doomed to die without a sire.
____Or Technoblade stumbles across a child bleeding out and decides to turn them.

He shook his head furiously, choked sobs forcing their way out of his mouth as he shuffled backwards, hands scrabbling on the gravel and cutting into his palms. He didn’t notice the pain, too hopped up on adrenaline and fear to recognise it.
Without his permission, a chirp managed to escape, almost masked by his cries and incomprehensible pleading.
Almost masked.
Zephyrus paused in his approach, tensing at the sound and staring at Tommy, straightening up to his full height.
Tommy’s breathing became more frantic with the realisation that the man had heard. He knew now. That wasn’t good, that wasn’t safe. They were going to hurt him, they were going to kill him, Tommy didn’t want to die.
A coo reached his ears, the sound dancing on the wind. Safe-calm-protected.

Tommy is an avian hybrid training to be a hero. A wrench is thrown into his plans when he meets the Syndicate leader Zephyrus, and for some reason, his instincts seem to adore him. The feeling is mutual, so now Tommy has to try and live life while yearning for a family of supervillains that are actively trying to kidnap him.
