Summary
After enduring an what felt like an eternity of punishment in Mu, reliving every death he caused as Kira, Light Yagami is given an unexpected second chance. Summary
Atsushi is turned into a child by a special ability user who escapes while Dazai, Kunikida, and the rest of the ADA are left to pick up the pieces.
Contains a ton of fluff, because I thrive off it. This is not romantic it is just cute fluff between a mentor and mentee who care about each other deeply. I want Atsushi to be spoiled and loved and I've decided that Dazai is going to do that, lol.
*This takes place during the beginning of season 3, I have not read the manga whatsoever, so if somethings inaccurate it is just for this story; please don't hold it against me. I also don't plan on following the anime. So while this takes place at the beginning of season 3, it will not build up into season 3. It's a standalone story; separate from the show.*

Summary
"Akutagawa hadn't had to 'take care' of anyone since he lived in the slums. To say he wasn't the least bit nervous for how he would perform would be a falsity. When he thought about it, Atsushi looked just like those orphans had, malnourished and scarred. Perhaps they were more alike than he'd thought.
As Atsushi stirred Akutagawa stayed frozen, staring at him from the corner of his eye. Suddenly, he sat up and rubbed his eyes before glancing around the room.
"Mister?..." he then looked to his left to find Akutagawa sitting at least two feet away from him.
"Who...who are you?" He stuttered, eyes wide.
Akutagawa sighed, this was going to be a long day."

“Did anyone mention something about your scent? Is that why you have patches on?” Kunikida pried.
“Yes, Kyouka did. She said it smelt like an air freshener had exploded,” Atsushi chuckles quietly.
Kunikida nodded, before reaching towards him, pausing briefly for permission. Atsushi nodded, and Kunikida pushed his shirt collar to the side, his eyes revealing recognition.
“You’re presenting, kid,” he murmured, a hint of pride and worry in his voice.
“Presenting?”
