Jean Cherry is the biggest singer in America right now, and Marco’s in the front row for his first concert back in his hometown being pressed against the stage by a deafening crowd. He’s only there for his sister, see. He likes Jean’s music just fine, but guys don’t care about seeing him up close. Guys don’t really know all of the lyrics to all of his songs. Guys find the way Jean dances hilariously outrageous, and sometimes try to copy him; they don’t find it mesmerising and incomprehensively seductive.
Marco is absolutely only there for his sister. He swears.

Summary
Marco’s the average teenage boy, looking to have fun with friends and strangers alike whenever he can amidst the stresses of high school life. It’s usually very simple; he’ll catch the eye of an attractive boy, and they’ll sneak off together and have their hassle-free fun. No relationship, and no regrets. Usually.
But defensive Jean apparently has a history causing himself trouble, and after a quick make-out that really wasn’t worth it, Marco finds himself involved in a very odd game of cat and mouse, and entirely unsure of what the hell either of them are thinking.Alternatively, another pointless high school au that has the thinnest plot you’re ever likely to come across, and in which Jean is a ridiculous cross between ‘No Homo’ and ‘Notice Me Senpai’.

Summary
Jean is a cynical asshole who has no friends, needs no one, and doesn't believe in love in any shape or form. Well, he has one friend, and he knows nothing about Jean's life. It's a good setting, enough for Jean. After all, he shamelessly takes his clothes off and dances for money (and if you pay enough, he'll do pretty much anything), and it doesn't exactly make a great conversation starter. "Hi, my name is Jean and I'm a stripper slash prostitute. I'm also pretty darn gay." Everything's good and nothing hurts until one day Jean is hired for a birthday party. A birthday party that consists of one person: Marco. As it turns out, it's just a big prank to embarrass Marco, since none of his friends actually know he's gay.
Marco is a blushing virgin (so Jean seems to think), as naïve and sweet as they come, and my god Jean can't stand it. But Marco is hypnotized by the younger guy, completely oblivious to Jean's snarky sarcasm and misanthropic view of the world. Hell, he's ready to pay good money just to see Jean.
