Summary
Megumi wakes up 15 years in the past, after dying in Shibuya, still tasting his own death on his tongue. Yuji and Nobara are back too, in their infant bodies and spread across the country.
Visions more like nightmares haunt them every night. They’re tied together by powers none of them understand. For three people who come from the future, it's more daunting and uncertain than ever.
Megumi somehow goes from one sister he needs to protect from her future to three. He doesn’t know how to feel about a Gojo who’s more responsible and present. Or how to live in a house with a man who wears the same face as the one responsible for his death.

Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji wake up 15 years in the past, and need to lock the fuck in to save the world. Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru team up and are very concerned parents. Tsumiki doesn’t understand all this curse business, but she loves her brother. And Megumi finds his place, eventually.

In the year 2082, Fushiguro Megumi lies on his deathbed, full of regrets.
His time was over. He was frail, weak, yet he could not do anything to alleviate the guilt of his failure.
He wished he could've done better, yet Fate was unchallenged, and he was its jester. Even in death, his only solace was that he gets to spend his time with his loved ones.
That is, until his mentor offers a choice of two directions.
One day, Megumi sees the future -- what it coalesces into. His future self, now restricted of autonomy and his story unable to be told, has to give him bits and pieces in order to have his past self survive, and one day triumph over the Fate that toyed with him until he died a fool.
(TL;DR: Megumi meets his future self from the Modulo timeline who died, and is now trying to avoid the fate that his future self once suffered.)
