He doesn't understand what he did to deserve this.
Again."Shizun... what..." he croaks, hands laying limply at his sides, he had brought a meal in hopes his Shizun wouldn't be mad at him anymore, hoping he would be forgiven. Again.
But his beloved won't make eye contact with him. Won't look at him. He doesn't understand, he'd done it all right. comforted his Shizun through every flare up, every episode. Loved him through it all, even if he was forbidden from saying so, he'd been utterly dedicated since his childhood. Everything he's ever done has been done with Shizun in mind.
So... why, now, is his Shizun trying to go someplace he can't follow?

Miya Atsumu. He’s just the type of man kiyoomi can never decide if he enjoys or hates. He whom pushes his boundaries just the right amount. Never walking on eggshells or constantly reassuring the Alpha when he’s with him. They’ve fallen into an extremely comfortable friendship, one that kiyoomi values immensely.
