Summary
Han Jisung has been in love with his best friend for years, not that he'd ever admit it out loud. Ten years of friendship, living together, and enduring Minho's relentless teasing have taught him one thing: risking what they have is far scarier than keeping his feelings to himself.
But one lazy afternoon and a punnet of strawberries change everything. What starts as harmless bickering turns into something far sweeter, and maybe Jisung will finally learn that some lines aren't meant to stay blurred forever.
(Have noted as mature to be on the safe side, but there's no explicit content!)

Summary
Minho is in England for three months.
Three months of project meetings conducted at double speed, cultural misfires, and the particular exhaustion that comes from doing so in a language that never quite sits comfortably on his tongue. He’s prepared for frustration. For isolation. For counting down the days until he can board a flight home.
What he isn’t prepared for is a complication.
One that makes three months feel woefully insufficient.

“Are you okay?”
In lieu of convincing his vocal cords to do literally anything useful, Jisung nodded. The motion came out a little too enthusiastic, making him briefly dizzy. He reinforced it with a thumbs up, because apparently his body had decided that was the most reassuring option available.
What the hell are you doing?
Why aren’t you speaking?
“You didn’t hit your head or something, did you?”
Jisung shook his head immediately.
There was a beat of silence, then the stranger’s eyes widened, horror dawning fast.
“Oh, shit. Are you… Can you not speak?”
Before Jisung could get his two functioning brain cells to kick into gear, he was shaking his head again.
And there it was. The worst lie he’d ever told, without even opening his mouth to speak it.
Or: What happens when Minho is so hot it literally leaves Jisung speechless?

Summary
“What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?” A voice suddenly said to his left. Shocking Jisung alive, back to the present, back to his fears, worries and woes.
A voice so similar, so painful, that Jisung felt whatever padlocks and chains he’d caged certain memories and feelings, burst wide open. The tsunami of anguish was coming in to sweep him up and drown him. Swallowing everything else in its path.
Jisung turned, not strong enough against the currents, to the familiarity beside him. Long black hair, tamed with a gel to give some semblance of being put together. Pouty lips, pulled to the side in a hesitant half smile. Wrapped up in a black coat, a familiar green scarf and eyes made up of stars. Lee Minho.
The immovable object.

“So, what do yellow tulips mean?”
Jisung blinked as he turned to look at Minho, the elder wearing an amused smirk as he stared down at him, his lip ring glinting in the light overhead. It was an innocent question, yet something Jisung had never expected to come from the older man.
“Uh,” Jisung said dumbly, “friendship. F-friendship and joy."
Minho hummed, twirling a single tulip stem around in his fingers that Jisung didn’t realize he’d been holding. “Am I not joyful enough, Jisung-ah?”
(or: Jisung unintentionally courts Minho, who he's been pining over for as long as he can remember. Maybe it's a little intentional.)

Summary
“This year,” Jisung shakes his leg for a second, before pushing out of the chair entirely to stand. “This year, Esquire told me they want something new. Something avant garde, something that has never been seen before. They want a moment that shocks people, and they want to do it in a 16 picture spread.”
A 16 picture spread is massive - Minho was expecting maybe five, and he can see Mija’s shock out of the corner of his eye. Jisung smirks and rests his weight on his hands against the edge of the table.
“I told them I wanted to choose my model and set my own timeline. I’ve got the budget and connections, I just need the perfect muse. That’s where you come in, Minho-ssi.”

“Seriously though, Ji,” Hyunjin continues as if the conversation hadn’t just unlocked Jisung’s worst memories of walking in on his best friends in various compromising positions. “If you really want help, why don’t you try out a heat assistant?”
“A what?” Chan chokes out.
Jisung can feel Hyunjin’s eye roll without looking in his direction. “A heat assistant, hyung. There’s rut assistants too, you know. It’s totally normal.”(or: Jisung's heats are becoming unbearable, and at Hyunjin's suggestion, tries out an app that assigns heat assistants. His assistant is the last person he'd expect.)

“Can’t what? Jisung, what’s going on?” Minho was quick to answer.
Jisung shook his head. He wanted these thoughts gone, the hatred he felt toward himself burned every part of his body. The last thing he wanted was for Minho to see the burning, or pour oil on the fire.
“I can’t do this anymore.” he managed to say, even as it broke his heart.
Or, Jisung is an awkward and damaged twentythree year old when he signs up to learn how to drive. He has the luck in meeting Minho, who will be his driving instrcutor for the following three months. -

Summary
Jisung’s first heat has to be perfect, because it’ll set him up for the rest of them, and set his standards for how things are meant to go. He deserves the best— to be pampered, and doted on. Someone to be gentle with him, and cater to his every fucking whim.
“So, will you? Help me?” Jisung quits blinking. He stares at Minho owlishly, like he’s scared.
Minho feel like he’s moving in slow motion. Through quicksand, water filling his lungs. His brain needs a full reboot before he can even think properly enough to croak out a, “Me?”

“Hello, this is Minho speaking. How can I help you tonight?”
There is no immediate response, just the sound of someone crying quietly on the other end, something Minho is unfortunately familiar with. He waits, giving the caller space to gather their thoughts.
Finally, a shaky voice speaks up. “I… I don’t know what to do anymore.”

Or: Minho works on a mental health crisis line where he gets far too attached to one of his frequent callers.

“We kept crossing the line, pretending it was an accident, until it wasn’t.”
—
Minho and his friends are planning a short trip, a sort of escape from their routine, without any big plans. By mistake, they end up with an extra ticket. Instead of wasting it, they decide to sell it online at the last minute. Minho doesn’t think it’s a good idea. But he doesn’t insist too much either.
Minho has always been certain of who he is. He likes girls. He knows what he wants. He believes he understands how things work, or at least tells himself he does.
Jisung has never had that certainty. At home, he deals with emotional and physical abuse, learning to stay quiet and survive while pretending everything is fine.
They clash, pull each other in, and blur every line.
Minho realizes his feelings don’t fit what he believed about himself, he doesn’t like girls. Accepting it brings fear of attachment, loss of control, and what Jisung awakens in him.
Jisung refuses to be an experiment or a phase. Between tension and distance, they keep crossing lines until nothing is pretend anymore. And once the line breaks, neither of them knows how to go back to what they were before.
