His eyelids feel heavy and he stifles a yawn while tapping the door with the back of his hand and turning around to start walking towards the window. Almost done.

Summary
“Love you,” Hajime says, thrusting inside of him again and again. He leans forward to gather Tooru into his arms and presses his mouth to the front of his throat. The side. The edge of Tooru’s jaw. His mouth. Over and over and over again. “I love you so much.”
“Me, too,” Tooru gasps, eyes fluttering closed when Hajime brushes against his sweet spot. He bites down on Hajime’s shoulder, draws a muffled groan out of the other, and smiles in response before mouthing over the same spot. “Love you so much.”
The next noise he makes, straight into Hajime’s mouth, is choppy and shaky and loud and miles away from the expected moan of lust-filled pleasure. Of thoroughly satisfied release. The sound echoes through the otherwise empty room and they both freeze, eyes wide in surprise.
“Did you just—” Hajime starts and Tooru flushes before scowling in a way that rivals the dirty looks Hajime gives people when they’re being particularly stupid.
“No,” he says, though the statement is immediately refuted when he hiccups again, chest lurching and aching with the hitch of his breath.
Or the one where Tooru gets the hiccups while they make love.

Summary
Perhaps it was inevitable, perhaps Miya’s fall was always meant to come with the practiced grace of a dancer. Perhaps attempting to live in denial had been the foolish choice of a young child, one who was so desperate to cling to his reputation that he sacrificed his health to do so.
OR
Chinen Miya sees things that aren't there, hears things in the silence, and feels nonexistent sensations. He can't regulate his emotions, his body makes small movements of it's own accord, and he doesn't understand any of it. He can't connect with people the way others can, and social rules escape his comprehension. But none of it matters, as long as he ignores it. If Miya ignores it, it's not happening, and he can continue to balance atop the pedestal others have placed him on.
But no one can balance forever, especially not an undiagnosed autistic 12 year old going through psychosis.
