Katsuki blushes, but he doesn't look away from the former symbol of peace. He's not that middle schooler hot-heated kid anymore. He's done hiding his feelings behind anger and he's not ashamed about what he feels for Izuku. He's pretty sure All Might knows about that, he's probably waiting for a confirmation.

Togame couldn’t help the warmth that festered in his chest. Cherry blossoms in full bloom, growing, taking hold of his heart that no longer felt like his own.
These feelings he held for Sakura were completely irrational, hopeless and pointless, the kind he’d probably look back on someday and laugh at. But perhaps, he rationalized to himself, if they made his whole world shine brighter, his heart light in his chest — it would be okay if he held onto these feelings for a little while longer.

He’s so beautiful, was the first thing Ivan thought when he saw Till working at the café.
He had stopped to get a coffee before class with some friends. The café was new, having just opened its doors a few weeks prior and it was apparently all the rage with the college kids thanks in part to the quality and variety of sweets and drinks they served, thanks in large part to the way the wait staff dressed when they served customers.
The café had a bunny theme going on, each server having a pair of fake ears adorning their heads, but the real draw was the outfits. They were risqué, bordering on obscene, and the servers employed there all had a reputation for being remarkably good looking. Till was no exception.

There’s no imminent war on the horizon. Shishitoren and Furin have become allies. Overall, life has gone back to normal and being on different turfs signifies that both gangs don’t have to interact all that often, if at all. So Sakura had no excuse to come to Togame, same as Togame didn’t have any excuse to invite Sakura to the festival that day.
But that’s the whole point, isn’t it? They don’t need excuses, because Togame said they were friends and friends can hang out and do stuff together without an ulterior motive.
It's as simple as that.
