Summary
Jaskier's life gets turned upside down when he finds a strange portal on his college campus. After walking through it, he finds himself stranded in a strange place without his phone or any way to get back... and runs into Geralt of Rivia.
Problem is, neither of them speak the same language, and Geralt suspects Jaskier might be a spy sent to hurt Ciri.

Jaskier groaned as he slowly made his way up the mountain trail. It was still early enough in the autumn that there was only a light frost on the ground. He knew the only one at Kaer Morhen would be the eldest Witcher and Geralt’s mentor, Vesemir, but if he waited any later in the season, there would be no way he could make it up the trail, especially with his growing issue.
