Detective Castiel Novak loves working for the Lawrence Police Department’s Special Victims Unit, fighting for justice for those who can’t fight for themselves. When an abandoned baby turns up, he figures it will be an open and shut case - find her parents or place her with Social Services.

Summary
Evan Buckley is bartending in Peru for six months, and one fateful night post shift he meets the most memorable man, and they spend a night getting to know each other on a level that no one else knows them, not even themselves. When he wakes up the next day to see the man gone he lives to resent and miss him more than anyone on the planet.
Buck makes his peace with the fact he will never see the man from that night again, until he shows up at the 118, hired as bucks partner.

Eddie is in Peru on vacation and meets a friendly bartender + sleeps over at his apartment where they stay up all night talking. only to find out that he was in love with that bartender months later and leaves Shannon to rejoin the army.

Just one more prayer. That was all he was going to send, he can’t stay hung up on this forever. Cas was gone and there was seemingly nothing he could do about it. He tried though, oh boy, did he and Sam try. They spent weeks, months digging through all the lore looking for a way to bust Cas out of that place. But Dean is tired, tired of the restlessness buzzing under the surface of his skin, it’s time for him to slow down. It’s time to say goodbye to the one he loved.

“Dean, where do you think we are right now?”
“The empty. I came here to rescue you.”
Well, that made a little more sense. At least this darkness was now a tad less concerning.
“Right. Dean, it’s alright. Jack has already pulled me out. Out there in the real world. This,” he gestured around himself. “It’s a dream. And I need you to wake up. You were attacked on a hunt.”
Dean pulled a strange face. Was he making fun of him?
“Yeah, I know it’s a dream.”
He knew?
“I mean, I’ve been having this exact same one for most days of the past three months now,” he contemplated his words for a second. “Although I guess, usually it starts with me waking you up in the empty. So not quite the same dream.”OR: Cas is back from the empty. However, Dean has not made any attempts to talk about what happened just before he got taken. Cas doesn’t push him.
