After everything, Loop is struggling to find their place in the world. Siffrin is struggling to adjust to life outside the loops. Isabeau is struggling to balance his love for Siffrin with his need to keep them safe, alongside his own worries about Changing. Politely, things could be better!
But when Loop joins the party on their journey, things tilt even more drastically off course. They'll all need to reconcile their past with their present growing feelings and with the future they're beginning to want. Maybe they'll even do it, too.
It will just blinding suck along the way.

Summary
This is a tale that alternates every chapter.
On one end, we explore the aftermath of the loops on Siffrin - the constant reminders he gives himself and the affirmations of his family. Loads of things are bound to happen there. We also see the Saviors of Vaugarde explore the rest of the world together - though some journeys will be far more difficult than others.
On the other, we dive into scenes told in the perspective of a theatrical performance of the downfall of a country, and a story of connections and a view that nobody else can see. Nobody seems to talk about it that often, only really in passing.
Maybe these stories collide. Maybe these characters see each other somehow. Maybe they don't. Will it mean any less if they never align?

Summary
What if you wanted to journey with the person that knows you the least/most, and the Universe said "sure! but watch out :D" and hit you with the "forget how to understand Vaugardian and also you can only speak your native language thus making your life infinitely more difficult and also you have to do this while wearing your old face" beam.
Loop and Siffrin will have to navigate through this new dynamic together, and they struggle a lot more than they'd like to admit. Not to mention they're not alone. Their friends are here, too.
For better or for worse, the curtains open once more, and the play begins anew.
