Summary
In the aftermath of New York's near-scandal, Auror Percival Graves is rescued from the cellar of his own home, having spent months as a prisoner to Gellert Grindelwald. President Picquery, hoping to grant him some relief and a reprieve from the magical and political scene, sends him on a sabbatical of sorts, shipping him off to a small No-Maj town on the upper east coast.
There he finds neither relief nor a reprieve, but a young man with a dark past, a familiarity he cannot place, and a loneliness to rival his own.

Summary
In an alternate Paris, werewolves occupy the majority of the ruling classes, making and adjusting policy to suit their interests. The punishments for a human attacking a werewolf can be brutal, unless they have the protection of a wolf pack.
How this translates to 'claim Grantaire as your mate to get him out of prison' is something Enjolras is still trying to get his head around, but he's never been one to give up on a cause even when it's sleeping on his sofa.

Summary
As first impressions went, it was certainly miraculous. However, once one looked closer, they could begin to see faults in the façade which comprised Monsieur Enjolras. Grantaire noted the downturn of his mouth, which made him seem constantly displeased, and the crease that appeared between his eyebrows, giving him a decidedly argumentative air. He seemed a gentleman of little patience, and a decidedly bad temper. Grantaire endeavored not to make his acquaintance again.

Grantaire had been the lead of the ABC theater's newest ballet production - until he finds himself wheelchair bound from a car accident. Everything else goes downhill from there.
Enjolras was flying where Grantaire should be, who sat nursing his clipped wings from the sidelines of the studio, feeling distinctly as though he had been away on a very long holiday, and opened the door to his apartment to find someone had moved in in his absence, and was wearing his clothes, and his aftershave, and his fucking legs. Yet it felt something like falling in love again.

"It isn’t all that bad,” Grantaire says, tail waving around idly. “I mean. I’m better at being a dragon. Better than I was at being human. I was pretty shit at being human.”
“But,” Enjolras thinks about Grantaire’s mismatched hoard and his gruff but overall friendly demeanor. “You’re awful at being a dragon.”
Grantaire responds to that by slamming his tail right into Enjolras’ gut.

Enjolras is a knight in slightly battered armor and Grantaire is the laziest dragon in all of history. The road to happily ever after was apparently paved with much more bickering than Enjolras had expected. (Or the one where curses and emotions make everything complicated.)
