Kaveh’s hands move to cover his face, palms muffling his words as he mutters, “It’s—not quite like that.”
“Well, the ‘sick’ aspect is accurate, at least.”
“No shit,” Kaveh snorts. “The ‘love’ component, though—it’s, uh—”
“You’re not in love?”
He coughs. “The greenhouse in my lungs begs to differ. I—it’s more that my body is mourning a love it knows can’t ever be requited.”
For all the negative feelings Alhaitham’s encountered over the past twelve hours, the sensation that creeps through him now is…
Unfamiliar.
Unknowable.
Despite all the languages he’s fluent in, Alhaitham is unable to conjure a word or phrase with which he can immediately label it. He just knows that whatever this feeling is, it’s unbelievably unpleasant. Like his body is stationary, yet his internal organs are plummeting into the Abyss.
“You love someone who doesn’t love you back?” he asks after a moment.
Kaveh has Hanahaki. That much is known. But who he loves, and whether Alhaitham will be able to save him, is up in the air.

Meanwhile, Kaveh has been saddled with an amnesiac roommate, many questions about how he ended up with an amnesiac roommate, and more than one love confession from the very same amnesiac roommate.
For the sake of his sanity, he’ll ignore that third thing.

Summary
Trapped by a brutal sandstorm, Kaveh is accidentally forced into exploring the lewd architecture of one of King Deshret's old temples deep under the dunes. Inside, there is a strange device containing a shred of the old God King's mind; unique knowledge that King Deshret had to seal away from even himself to prevent far too much indulgence in the carnal enlightenment.
Kaveh realizes this is a find that many scholars would kill for.
Except there's a few issues:
This part of the God King's mind is far too lascivious to not impart every bit of his sensual knowledge into Kaveh's skin.
And King Deshret looks exactly like Alhaitham.

Vivi is a sun-coded hero that has to burn to keep others warm, he didn't choose to be the sun, he's been chosen. He wants and tries to stop being the sun, which is obviously bad for everyone involved, but does that matter when he's such a funny gay creature made to sit in the old wizard's lap?
This work assumes that the reader knows canon beat to beat as it focuses on the missing scenes, filling in the gaps, and building new stuff on top of the canon story.

Claude and the rest of the Golden Deer are (semi serious) paranormal investigators who may or may not try and break into the large semi-abandoned mansion that Byleth's living in. It turns out, maybe the paranormal very real, very mean, and Golden Deer are way in over their head.
