So Mira is sent out to brave the elements to bring home the ramen. It's when she is on her way back that she runs into two familiar faces, two familiar faces that have decided that they have waited long enough for their favourite Huntrix to notice them.

“I love you,” Astarion whispered, “I love this. And I want it all. All of you. All of us,” he glanced sideways at the half-elf, noting their wide-eyes and flushed features, and forced himself to continue. “I know that you said I needed a friend, and I did. I do. But I don't want to look at you and see what could have been," he said, using Tav's own words against them.
They stared at him for a few moments, mouth opening and closing as if fumbling for words. He could see the struggle there in their expression, fighting a battle amongst themself. Again, he worried that it was too late, that they’d already decided this wasn't what they wanted. He averted his gaze, that same fear causing his heart to seize.
"That first night… at the party. When we…” They whispered, struggling to keep their tone even. “What were you thinking when you were with me?"
“I-I,” Astarion mumbled, eyes closing so he would not have to see them any longer. “That isn't important…”
“It is to me. I want to know,” they said, a firm cantor to otherwise soft words. “I need to know, Star.”
