1. Every Omega has to be mated at 25. Every unmated Omega above 25 will be contacted by the government and a partner will be picked for them. They have no right to refuse this partner.
Omegas are never to disobey their mates.2. Omegas who dare to fight their mates, disobey them repeatedly and don't behave like they are expected to will be contacted by the government and have their behaviour corrected.
3. In rare cases, Alphas can be contacted by the government as well. Extremely violent Alphas or Alphas that become feral and are a danger to the society have to be eliminated in order to keep a peaceful community.
Sounds easy enough to follow, right ?
