Constant war meant the development of new methods of destruction. Hopes of catching everyone else off guard with a weapon they couldn’t combat or find a way around just long enough to stay on top until the newest shiniest thing made its way to the market. Mechanical enhancements, biological modification, higher powered weapons. Its a constant struggle for king of the hill, a never ending toppling and growing market with worse and worse.

After years of war with the humans being mortally wounded, asgore and his monsters took refuge in the underground. Occasionally, humans would come down with intent to take revenge on the monsters, finish what was started, leading to the birth of Asgore's TRUE KNIGHTS. Those that capture and fuse with a human soul, the prime protectors of the underground. Determination is the only soul that can truly help them now.
Papyrus wanted nothing more to become like his brother, a protector, a guardian of those who cannot protect themselves, and he's finally got it, but at what cost?

In Starscream’s honest (and very humble) opinion, this was one of the worst days of his life.
And that’s against some very steep competition, you know! Millennia upon millennia of having the worst luck known to Cybertron and beyond really lends itself to a never-ending stream of horrible events that all culminate into an ever-present world-weariness and severe paranoia, all channeled into one (unfortunately small) seeker.
Today in particular, though, seemed to deviate from his usual pattern of bad luck, in the form of an irate Autobot.
