Summary
OWildWestWind's depiction of Ed from TeddyMedley's I Would Never Fuhgeddabout You.
It was Ed, Ed in a pinstriped suit with a tie and a yellow pansy on his lapel, Jesus Christ, and his hair was slicked back but it was in a knot at the nape of his neck, and he was wearing a hat.
Which—it was the 1920s, it would be strange if a man wasn't wearing a hat, and later Stede would remember to ask where on Earth Izzy's had gone and he'd hear a whole tale about a wayward horse carriage and a sudden gust of wind and a very inconveniently placed trough. He'd hear the tale from Ed, obviously, not Izzy.
But in the moment, Stede was just so shocked to see Ed in an underground train station wearing a hat with a yellow ribbon, of all things, that nothing else really mattered very much at all.

Summary
When Stede prays for a way to get out of his imminent marriage, he doesn’t exactly have “hostage by pirates” in mind—but then again, maybe he should’ve been more specific.
In which Stede and Mary find that an unexpected wedding crasher may, in fact, grow into a better lover than your actual betrothed.
Pre-canon AU.

Summary
Grief is a chaotic thing. So is the man in Storybrooke’s jail, now left in Emma’s charge after Graham’s untimely death. But at least he’s a distraction, and a kindred spirit; a bond in grief, an unexpected partner in personal growth. He’s a good sort of chaos—one she might even grow to care for, if she can open herself up for it.
He was also a pirate supervillain, in another life. But how are they supposed to know?
Season 1 AU, where Hook is cursed alongside the rest of Storybrooke.

Summary
He’s been playing it over in his head all morning, like a scratched VHS; well-loved, but skipping through the best parts and taking a hell of a time to rewind. But it all leads up to that first kiss of fairytales—the warmest of hands pulling at his, holding on tight through the crowd; the dizzy wash of tequila, and gentle things being murmured into his ear after the noise died down and the sun began to rise. The kind of night he’d only seen in movies; the kind of guy he’d only ever dreamt of.
If only Stede could remember who the hell he’d kissed.

Modern college AU.

Summary
Ed picks Stede up at a bar for what ought to be a one-night stand, but it turns out they're attending the same academic conference the next day.
“Yes, please, a – Loose Cannon, did you say? Really, how charmingly nautical.” There. Words. Sub-optimal words, but words nonetheless. He grins, aiming it toward the stranger while taking him in in smaller doses. Leather boots, faded, artfully ripped black jeans, a purple cropped shirt under a silky, billowy black – kimono? Overshirt? Facial scruff. Lots of hair, salt and pepper, pepper only just winning out, for now. Tattooed knuckles, forearms, collarbone. Earring, silver stacking rings on most fingers, a nose stud that somehow softens the whole, well, lewk and – okay, he’s staring. He stares some more as the man reaches to accept his own drink, revealing more tattoos up the arm and an inch more of skin below the crop top. The stranger makes some obscure gesture to the bartender, then meets Stede’s eyes, which he worries might actually be protruding from his skull, like a cartoon. AwOOga.

Summary
In the aftermath of hiking through the forest, digging up a petrified orange and agreeing over a glass of brandy to share the rest of their lives together, Ed and Stede begin to figure out exactly what this is going to look like. Ed maybe has a clearer picture in mind than Stede does. That picture may involve their dicks.
Alternate summary: Oh no! There's only one bed in the co-captains' cabin!

Summary
They’re kissing; hot and wet and desperate and /fuck/ this is a bad idea. This is dumb, so dumb, so monumentally fucking stupid of them.
Stede is meeting his future wife tomorrow and Ed? Well, he never planned on sticking around this sorry excuse for a town for any length of time anyway.
And yet, here they are; necking like they’re teenagers (they’re barely adults) in the backseat of a car, kissing like tomorrow isn’t coming.Monumentally fucking stupid.

Summary
"Stede’s peeking back at him with his head cocked, like he’s about to take a risk.
'Ed, darling…' he starts, 'may I, ah, may I see you? Here?' And he reaches to trace the waistband of Ed’s underwear.
Just that shy question set Ed’s whole body on fire.
'Fuck,' he breathes, 'Yea, mate. Course you can.' The air between them feels bowstring-tight, suddenly, humming with anticipation."
Canon universe, Ed and Stede's first time going past kissing. Character exploration through pooooorn.
