And the almost human in-human groans and screams of pain the tree's make when he chops them down. Wirt is nervous to start singing but soon forgets that worry once he gets down to chopping, he finds it almost like his own kind of meditation... As horrible as that sounds.
But it appears that he's had an audience for quite some time now...
