“I suppose you were always the dragon kind of kid, right?” Nico asked as he hopped down from the crates and made his way to Leo, sitting on the floor beside him. “I always liked pirates. Bianca told me it was silly because pirates weren’t real but that never stopped me. I guess she was wrong, hey?”Blinking, Leo looked at Nico. There was no heartache in his voice when he spoke of his sister- his first sister- but instead, he spoke like someone flicking through a photo album. Never had Nico ever tried to socialize with other campers, not since Leo has known him and most definitely since Percy’s known him, but here he was, coming into Leo’s space voluntarily making jokes and sharing personal stories and trying to get to know Leo.
“Yeah…” Leo agreed wearily, eyes focused on the twisting of his fingers. “I suppose.”

“No!” Nico jerked back, but not before Leo pulled up Nico’s shirt to see dirty, bloody bandages sloppily wrapped around Nico’s midriff. Nico snatched his shirt back from Leo, covering his wound again.
“Jesus, di Angelo, that looks bad,” Leo said, in slight state of shock. He’d known that Nico was hiding something, but he didn’t know he was hiding a potentially life-threatening injury .

"Wilbur and Tommy are quite like brothers, aren't they?" Wilbur looks up from the lore script, making eye contact with a just as wide eyed Tommy on his screen. Wilbur bites the inside of his cheek, trying not to laugh.
The attempts fail miserably, and he cracks at the same time Tommy does.
Around them, the call falls silent, confused. Wilbur laughs hard enough that he folds over at his desk, Tommy doing the same until he inevitably falls off his chair.
Wilbur only laughs harder.
"Uh, guys?" Techno calls, weary. Wilbur tries to pull himself together, pressing his hand over his mouth. Tommy is still laughing, probably curled up on his floor. "What's so funny?" Dream asks, sounding just as lost as they all seem to be. Wilbur shakes his head. Partly because if he opens his mouth he's most likely just going to start laughing again and partly because he isn't going to tell them anyway.
Or; Wilbur is Tommy's father, and they both find it hilarious that even though nobody knows they still get clocked as related.

Tommy giggles, prancing down the hallway. Phil, or Mr. Watson, 's classroom is only a few rooms down, so he doesn't have far to walk.
"Mr. Minecraft!" He calls, opening the door. Phil sighs, hanging his head before looking up and smiling for a second. "Heya mate, how are you?" Phil asks, putting down the pen he's holding. "Well, I was bothering Wilbur, so I feel great." He answers, finally closing the door and waltzing further into the room. He slinks over to the couch that Phil has, dropping down onto it.
"Ah, of course." Phil nods, smiling again when Tommy picks up a rubix cube from the box of fidget toys.
The door opens again, and Techno pokes his head into the room. "Hullo." Techno greets, stepping fully into the room, closing the door behind himself and leaning against the wall beside it. "Blade! What is your opinion on arson?"
