Leo couldn't be happier that his brothers are really growing into themselves and expanding their social circles.
He's excited for them in finding new hobbies and interests that take up their time... a lot of their time... pretty much all of it.
It's fine that they're not as interested in training anymore, or running patrols because Karai's Foot Clan is doing very well to keep the streets of New York safe.
It's fine that he's finding himself spending more and more time alone because even April and Casey are moving on and getting ready to go to college and don't really have any time to spare.
He's happy that everyone seems to be moving on.
Even if there doesn't seem to be any room for him in their lives anymore...

Summary
When a group of hyperactive and colourful turtles just suddenly appear in their world Leo's ready to accept his new little brothers and the shenanigans they bring without hesitation.
Which means it takes no time for him to allow himself to be convinced by Leon to try and look for other versions of them they can add to their ever growing family tree.
However, when they end up in the next world, he's shocked to find a Leo looking very much in need of some help and no brothers to be found. After learning that they've been to busy to notice their brothers downfall, Leo and the others decide to take matters in their own hands.
Besides, it's not really kidnapping if they plan to eventually return the guy, right? Or maybe they will end up keeping him, in which case, Leo doesn't think he minds adopting a new little sibling.
(Happens after his run in with Raph but before Mikey finds him)

Anyways,
Casey gets benched when a new threat comes into town because after watching him almost dying during a fight his friends decide that with him being human, keeping him on their team right now might be more dangerous for him than ever before.
While intercepting a back alley mugging, Casey gets bit by a vampire and gains a bunch of new and cool abilities.
Believing the guys would have an issue with him needing blood to keep those abilities up however, he decides not to tell them and to instead help them fight against their new enemies under a new vigilante persona.Whether they accept his help or not.

After witnessing the ferocious way the blue turtle mutant fought regardless of everything being thrown at him, Tigerclaw decides to make the rare choice and disobey his Master's orders when he's told to dispose of the creature's body after the fight is over.
Instead, he wants to bringing him back to full health, to see that unbridled fury again in the face of death, to be the cause of it as they face each other on even footing in a one-on-one battle to the death.
Even if he starts to develop a blooming fondness for his new secret pet as he makes it his job to raise the pathetic thing back up from the ground.
After all, in the end he can't forget that one of them will wind up dead.

Faster than he’d ever moved in his life, he slapped his hands firmly over Casey’s mouth, wishing he could find a hole to burry himself in as Mikey let out a howl of laughter.

Surprisingly, Raph was the one to interrupt whatever question Mikey was going to ask, Leo not having the strength to look over his shoulder and see just what expressions were over his brothers faces.
“Whatever question you’re going to ask-! No! I do NOT, want to know what those two get up to!”
From behind his hands, Leo could feel Casey’s lips stretching into a shit eating grin, and he glared at the suggestive eyebrow wiggle that accompanied it.
