Summary
In 1791, President Washington takes a tour of the southern states, accompanied by his hyperactive adopted nation. Also joining them is the personification of the southern states. As they set off on a perilous and dramatic tour, Alfred is forced to get along with his southern counterpart. Chaos ensues and nobody will return from this trip quite the same.
