Some unknown force has resulted in the disappearance of the Radiance, just before the infection could reach its peak under the Pale King's rule. The mystery soon takes a back-burner to a rearranged custody agreement over Herrah's brood, some clumsy attempts to re-establish marital trust, and some long overdue re-evaluations of the Pure Vessel. The king will send his newly unusable creation to train under the Great Knights, and become their sixth.
Court intrigue, sibling bonding, goddess hunting, different brands of motherhood, and accidental arson are abound.

Summary
To escape safely from Polyphemus's cave, Odysseus actually came up with a plan where no one would die. But, he paid a heavy price for it as he was left gravely injured. So, Eurylochus had to become the captain and Polites became the new second. And Polites is determined to teach his "open arms" philosophy to Eurylochus as well.
Now, during their journey back home, Eurylochus, Polites and Odysseus will learn what kindness and mercy will offer to them, from its advantages to its drawbacks.

Summary
She remembers waking up, getting breakfast, and waiting for the day to start. She doesn't remember falling asleep, but she does remember waking up again. Only this time, it's cold, her body is weird, and she's suspended in what feels like egg whites. Oh, and her egg-mate? Yeah, that's Ghost. The Knight. Protagonist of hit indie video game Hollow Knight. And she... appears to be in the title role. Yippee.
Alright, comprehensive plan is this:
1. don't die
2. don't let Ghost die
3. get accidentally adopted by the White Lady
4. fix everything?This'll be fun. (And by fun, well, let's just say... mental breakdown.)
Heavily inspired by FreakOfYourNature's A Not-So-Hollow Knight (self insert dies painfully and for some reason reincarnates as the Hollow Knight, then proceeds to obliterate any sense of coherence Hallownest had left), but with two key differences: One, said self insert is infinitely less aggressive, and Two, the Pale King is actually a decent person. And maybe... maybe he could even become a decent father.

When DJ Octavio needed spies on the surface after the first Great Zapfish Kidnapping, the Brine family was tapped. Having a family removed any surface suspicion, and Amy and Atla being identical twins mean they can pretend to have one kid and throw off the authorities. In Splatsville, Amy goes by 'Terry', a boy who plays harmonica for tips while also keeping the Salmonid-Octarian alliance alive and picking pockets. Then the 'Rich Inkopolis Tourist' Terry tries to rob turns out to be Captain Cuttlefish, AKA Octo Murderer, AKA Scourge of the Underground, and recruits Terry as Agent 3. Amy isn't too sure she can handle being a double agent, even if her parents are, and it's only a matter of time before all the carefully-crafted lies start crashing down.
