It is both fluffy and angsty with later smut. This is a slowburn so first platonic and then later feelings. Every other chapter is from Evan’s and the others from Barty’s.
The slytherin skittles are involved in this fic as well. With Dorlene on the side. It mainly focuses on Rosekiller but the skittles are apart of the storyline. Enjoy!

REMUS DIES
i went through all 5 stages of grief
They meet on the tube, Remus wears this awfull yellow hat. Sirius calls him his sunshine for this reason, ironic right? Since Remus means moon
they got engaged, they bought a house, they bought a shop to turn into a bakery/coffee shop since Remus loved to bake, everything was gooduntill Remus had a seizure, it was cancer. It spread from his head to his lungs and abdomen, he decided to stop chemo. Sirius got mad, how could Remus not want to live as long as possible? How could he do that to Sirius?
Remus was only getting worse, he was in so much pain. Week after week he asked, begged, Sirius to help him pass. Eventually, Sirius agreed
Remus had researched meds that would make it peacefull, without pain. They decided to do it on a good day, one were Remus wasnt scared and in pain.
They never got to finish the books Sirius bought Remus for CristmasPeter called the police on Sirius. He had seen the bottle on the nightstand and assumed Sirius killed Remus. Sirius never got to say goodbye to Remus, as he was awoken by the police and got taken away to jail. He never got to attend the funeral.
Six months in jail, days spent with Lily, James, and Harry, before he returns to their - now just his - house. There, on the hallway table, lay Remus' yellow hat.
It takes him 10 days to open the bedroom door. He breaks down, the pillow still had an indent from where Remus had laid.
He turns to look at the pictures, he picks on the one where they are fast asleep on the Potters sofa, with baby Harry between them. He feels paper on the back of the frame.
Remus left notesPlease don’t forget me, or our shop, or yourself. Please keep me alive through our dream. Call it Sunny’s, for me. I love you.
“Sunny’s Bakery.”
After 6 months, he opens Sunny's Bakery.
“For those of you who don’t know, this place was the brainchild of our Remus, who is no longer with us. We’re so grateful we’re able to make his dream this reality. This is for our Sunshine.”Slowly, life starts to feel alright again. Sirius and Remus always talked about adopting or fostering.
Elara, six years old, named after one of the moons of Jupiter, Moony. His Moony. Oh, and Gary the cat ofcourse!
